ok I don't know what I missed I've been replaying it a lot of times, but can't find the solution.However I got addicted to this lil game, so can sbody tell me what should I do when I have the wrench, the bloodstain... trousers I think and the key.I tried but the key doesn't work on the lock in one of the blocks....

You went past a crane at some point. A crane that doesn't work. Try to think of a way to apply the wrench on that. Then think about what to do with the bloodstained trousers next. Then send me all your money. Then think about what you need to do with the key.

And if you still have problems after that: Drink some rum. Always helps. Always.

Umm yeah got it all working, but only the things that you said.Looks like I can't get any more without help :/ So I got on the crate to the lab i pressed the switch and it says something about ventilation shaft and that nothing happens.So I looked around, but didn't find noting.What should I do about it?
P.S. No rum around, would some vodka do the job?

Vodka's fine, perfectly fine. The ventilation shaft is located far to the left and leads down to the locked office. If it isn't open yet, then you might want to press the switch in the control room once again (note: once, ie not twice), just to make sure.
