I recently found out that they are going to make a Bob Ross game for the PC, Nintendo DS, and Wii.

Now, for those of you who are not familiar, Bob Ross was the mellow guy with the bushy afro who hosted the popular TV show, "The Joy of Painting", where he would paint soothing landscapes.

And they've decided to make a game out of this, named after the TV show. Now, seeing as everyone wants to see what the Wii controller is capable of, it makes sense to put a painting game on this console. I wonder what it will be like, though. Will it be realistic painting, with an assortment of brushes and a vast pallette, or will it be a kiddish Mario Paint rip-off?

I want. I want to paint a virtual 'happy little tree' so bad it ain't natural. I heard about this on some unknown website a while ago and I just assumed it was too awesome to be real, I'm eagerly awaiting more news.

... you're kidding, right? That would be one of the most boring ideas ever if Mario Paint didn't already exist.

Hahaha, I think it's great! In a "this is so stupid it's funny" kind of way. But at the same time, if it helps people learn how to actually paint, it might not be so bad. Boring as a game, but possibly useful as a teaching tool?

You know, I'll be very honest, after reading this article I went over to youtube and watched some clips of a Bob Ross episode.

Try it. Nothing is more relaxing than watching Bob Ross paint.

Other than that I can pretty much get along with anyone ;)

Well, with all the gimicky games that will undoubtibly be released for the Wii, that just seems to fit right in doesn't it. laugh.gif
