I guess I can consider myself one of those very lucky people who accidentally used the correct command outright at that point.

Yeah Trilby saw the future, so what? Anyone can do this.

o.0 okay, let's say that he somewhat predicted the future and his mind generated the vision for him, halucination.

but the vision was so clear and >accurate<, the only way to explain this is that he had seen into the future, it's not halucinations

What about the spirit thing? I've missed that one

Its a question of probabilities. If I say that George W Bush will be stabbed to death by a muslim fundamentalist and some muslim fundamentalist stabs him, it doesnt mean that I saw future.

Trilby saw a spaceship with a black crate inside it, thats what we really can say. Maybe that spaceship was not the mephistopheles, but some other of the same model. And maybe the crate was not The Crate, it was just some ice cream box.

Ok, I admit, Im being annoying.

Okay, yeah, this is kind of kidding ourselves. However, as Yahtzee mentioned before, Chzo can see past, present and future together. These visions are probably his effect, catalysed by the hallucinogenic pills.

My sentiments exactly. He should take his time and what not, blablah, and so on, he'll know what to do.

And childishly repeating 'I want the next game' makes me want to stab you.

I Personally think it's a ... PLOT HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think the big Y h forgot that 7 days took place after 400 years or something, those halucinations were just spices so he didn't give them much work, I'm just assuming

Until we hear explaination from yahz

Seriously, people, you're all reading too much into this scene. Trilby doesn't know what the hell that place is, but the players do, and it might be just a wink from the author to the audience. Like, again, the one you see in Freddy vs. Jason at the very end.

Freddy vs. Jason at the very end.

I donno that one.

Pal, we always read too much into any great plot I was upset when I had that halucination, I thought (WTF? did Yahz forget that 7days will take place after 400 years? angry.gif )

unless someone can give me a good explaination
nothing perfect, so I'll just get over it

Invalid, you're really out to lunch on this. We're talking about a world that allows possession between multple dimensions. Given that Chzo can see all times, surely it's possible that a hallucination caused by his effects could allows someone's own future to be seen?

I think I've given a perfectly sensible explanation, so instead of 'pulling a Cobnat', you should first read the posts you wish to attack. Also, while at that, you might want to check your punctuation because it's very tiring to read posts like that. Here's an article by Yahtzee you should look at, it's on the bottom of the page:
