If it was mentioned in the first three pages, why didn't you read those pages instead of asking the same question again?

Hmm, it might be just that Chefelf regards his forumers as mature human beings, but on any other forum I've been to, you're told about FIVE TIMES to read through the existent posts before you ask something that's been asked before. And chill out, dude.

...Anyone else noticed how much more active Trilby's Notes has made this forum? I've posted more in the last few days than I probably have in the last year. I mean, shocking, I've been promoted to 'level boss'.

I always think it a shame that there isn't a huge amount of discussion on these forums. There's so much to talk about.

Problem is that the mature people sometimes can't be arsed to keep coming back to check new posts and reply to them. As for most of the others... let's just stop there. wink.gif

Chefelf's the rather optimistic sort. He posts the rules at the top and expects people to read them. And hey, if you haven't, I suggest you give them a look over. They're rather amusing.
edit: The link would be here.

Generally, a new game comes out and the forum picks up. Then over time, most either leave, or navigate to the various other areas of the forum. And Stalky, you may be a level boss now, but I still think of you as having your old Black Mage avatar.

I guessed that there were rules for the forums, I just didn't look at them, because I, unlike some other people dry.gif know how to partake in a debate.
Anyway, you aroused my interest, so I'm going to check it out.

Going back to the subject at hand...

How the hell do you pronounce CHZO? I myself pronounce it 'Shoe-Zoh'.

"Ch" as in cheese, then immediatly "zo" as in "zoe", methinks. If needs must, put a quiet "i" inbetween them.

It is difficult for a human tongue to pronounce the names of the Ethereal Realm. To pronounce Chzo in the most accurate way, you would have to fill your lungs with gravel then cough into a large metal drum. Fortunately 'chu-zoh' seems to do the trick in summoning rituals just as well.
As I walked through the valley of the shadow of death, I realised that it could do with a lick of paint.

I think the point of the name Chzo is that you can't pronounce it with a human voicebox. The closest I come to it is 'chuh-zoh'.

EDIT: Great minds, eh.

What a brilliant double post.

I liked the idea of pronouncing it like schizo, but that thing with the gravel filling your lungs makes it really awesome.
