Ok guys, what is your favorite riding "animal" from both the PT and OT. I vote for taun taun.
It seems like everyone is over the nitpicking. Too bad.

Dewbacks, classic OT. No, not talking special edition here smile.gif

Least favourite: The shrieking iguana of the PT. Jim Carreys "most annoying sound in the world" is now pwned...

Pre-SE dewback 100%!!! smile.gif I loved the trading card of that when I was a kid. I would stare at it for..hours? Well, a long time, and imagine riding one.

I agree with the bantha. A little slow but it's an awesome ride.
Sorry, you won't be seeing a smartass sig here. Try with the next poster.

That they were. I had read that they hated the bantha 'suits' (with good reason, had to be ungodly hot under those) and continually pulled them off. It's quite an imaginative thing to do. In other fantasy films, the idea is to disguise a horse (usually by just putting a horn on it), which never really worked, but the bantha thing worked pretty damn well.

I guess they did try to disguise horses, making them look like long-legged rats, but the horses absolutely hated the rat-headed masks and shook them off. So, that never worked out. It would've been cool. I'm surprised Lucas didn't try CGI versions of that.

princess liea....

You are such a naughty boy, Barend... wish I had said that...

I wasn't going to say it. smile.gif

It's a shame the Legendary Volcano battle didn't occur on "Mount something-or other".

Mountain Planet! That's where Jedi High is located.
I'm almost as smart as my hero George Lucas.
