Master Edition The site for future Star Wars DVD changes.

Poll: What do you think of Master Edition?

Since Master Edition has been out for a while not, it would be good to know what people think of it, especially people who seem to have a lot of problems with the prequels and the Special Edition changes.

I don't know if this qualifies as fan fiction, but it IS my version of the prequels and the sequels...so this might be the right place to put the link. Master Edition is a site dedicated to the discussion of changes that SHOULD be made to the Star Wars movies, you know, to clean up any continuity errors, fix up bad dialogue, etc. A lot of the ideas for what should be changed with the prequels came from Chefelf's site actually.

It's my dream that a version of the saga like that be released along with the original theatrical version of each movie, in like a 12-disc boxed set. Something to make everyone happy smile.gif . Anyways, check it out and tell me what you think.

I'm convinced the prequels are so badly flawed no clean up can ever save these movies. The entire plot has to be rewritten, and consequently the movies reshot. Just one thing, R2D2 was "built" by Darth Vader. Yeah, sure.

Although I share your view on the prequels, I don't think reshooting would be possible or acceptable by many people. I think some of my ideas take care of the more problematic aspects of the prequels though.

With all due respect, the other solution is just don't watch anymore and further pollute the memory.

Well there's the dilemma. I don't want to watch them because of all the mistakes...yet I want to watch them for the other stuff. What's a man to do?

The only thing I can think of: fix them up!
