What the hell is AOTC?

AOTC refers to Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones. It's one of the worst movies in human history. X-Men: Last Stand was close to that level of futility.

For once, I actually agree with Barend. They should have introduced Gambit in this movie.

The problem I had is that usually introducing a new character means that they will have significant role in the movie. For example, Wolverine played a big role in the first X-men. Night Crawler was introduced in the second X-Men movie, and he was critical in saving several characters as well as getting into Cerebro room. ArchAngel didn't do anything remotely important, aside from saving his dad.

So yeah....bad movie.

We will leave critisism to the historians.

Not to mention how fucking short the movie was, I think it went for an hour and a half.

About the last scene with Magneto and the chess, didn''t you see that he moved the piece slightly? Thatr means the cure is only temporal or something. (The producers will surely make a 4th part and you know it even if you don't want it.)

Now are you comparing this movie to AOTC? Sorry sir, but the movie was enjoyable, not one of the worst movies ever.

I also agree that there were many characters in the movie and the movie was so short than hardly anyone did anything.
Sorry, you won't be seeing a smartass sig here. Try with the next poster.

I hate to admit it, but if you watch some real stinkers like Manos: Hands of Fate or Troll 2, you can't label AOTC as one of the worst movies ever.

admitely... i would watch AOTC over Annacondas.

infact i should make a point to chill out the PT lovers here that i would sit through the PTs again... as gut wrenchily poor as they are for what they could have been, they are still mildly watchable... maybe out of sick facination, but i will watch them again... if i put every film on a list that i have seen or are aware of, there are hundreds of films below the PT.

Well, Manos makes me laugh... Or was that MST3K?

And ther's movies worse than AOTC, but it's still a bad movie. Anyways, X-Men 3 can't be compared to AOTC.

I'm the jugernaut, bitch!

Blah, I'm really sad to see that the series for now has ended like this. 1 and 2 were incredible, and X2 was one of the few sequels I'd really enoyed lately. But killing Xavier and Cyclops off? What the hell? Thanks to this thread I know better than to spend a bunch of cash to see this thing in theaters. I'll just hit the dvd.

Xavier isn't dead. Read one of my older posts.

And yeah, killing Cyclops sucks, but we actually never see his death, so maybe he isn't dead... wink.gif

I haven't seen the movie, but hearing that Cyclops died makes me want to do a happy dance on his impersonal, whiny, and goody-goody corpse.

Nope. He's dead. He's an X-Cyclops, no pun intended.

Alright, big pun intended.

Remember, Jean wanted to be killed before she killed someone ELSE. If I remember correctly, this was back before she had killed Xavier
