Is anyone here fan of the Alien movie saga? I love the Alien movies, the aliens are so cute.

Lovable, isn't he?

The Alien is one of the best sci-fi creatures ever created in my opinion and the movies are great. Alien is a wonderful horror movie thanks for its great atmoshphere and Aliens is one of the most thrilling action movies ever. So, anyone here likes the Alien movies?

I absolutely adore the aliens. I think they are so cute.

I am not being sarcastic either. I want one for a pet. The only thing is the excess slime factor - that parts kinda gross, but I could get a non-slimey breed or something.

The movies are awesome too. I always cheer for the little guys, but they never seem to come out on top. Even though everybody tells me how much AvP sucks ass, I still liked it. But then, I’m very easily entertained.

They need to make a movie where the aliens are the herotypes or something, where they win in the end. Thatd be bad ass.

Aliens is the best one. the first follows that, then the third and then ressurection. i liked avp, but the actor who played bishop confused me. was he supposed to be the same guy that was in the third alien movie? you know, the guy all the robots were based off of? because he died, and i thought he was supposed to be alive in the 3rd movie.

ALIEN and ALIENS were dissimilar and each in their own way great movies. The others sucked beginning to end.

Alien 3 tried to be like 1st one.
Alien: Resurrection tried to be like the 2nd one.

But both failed. Though I really like the 3rd one for its grim atmosphere and the ending.

How can Aliens not be loved?

It has been immortalized in geek culture in such sayings such as "Nuke it from orbit, it's the only way to be sure" or "Game Over man, Game Over?". Hell, it's the reason for the kickass scar on my pinky. Ok I lie, my lack of dexterity is the reason for my kickass scar, but Aliens was the inspiration.

I prefer Alien to Aliens, although I like both. You might enjoy knowing that at both Blockbuster's I worked (or did inventory at), Aliens got stolen more than Alien.

The first two were really great. After that, they grew progrssively worse I think.

i always like a lot of alien 3 but it never felt quite right, the ending was cheesy, avenues were left unexplored...

then i saw the directors cut... it's awsome. i love it...

i don't know what everyone's beef is with four. i like it. although its a shame that michael wincot gets such a short inning and cheap death.

I agree with you. I also liked the 4th one and never understood why everyone hated it. Sure, it cna't be compared to Aliens, but it's still really enjoyable not unwatchable garbage.
