Does anyone else think killing someone and eating them is better than just killing them, because eating them is less wasteful?

Yeah, we all love Calvin and Hobbes, but I was thinking of the morality instead of the legality.
Speaking of which, are there any laws against eating someone? So long as you don't kill them?

You're right, I do know... kind of. 
It is against the law to eat someone, even if they give you permission to. In Europe (I forget where, but this was recent) a man had met another man over the internet where they discussed cannibalism. They both met, and signed papers making the killing and eating of "perfectly legal", and so one of the men killed and ate the other. He is now awaiting his sentence under many manslaughter charges, even though he had the guy's permission.
I'm pretty sure the same applies to if the person is ALIVE too.

seriously, he only ate suicidal types, people who changed their minds at the last minute were set free. is some one wants to be eaten you should eat them is someone doesn't want to be eaten, you shouldn't eat them.
i think that's only fair! however, when a girl says it, 9 times out of 10, she doesn't want to be consumed and inguested. so be carful on that one.
i think it only fair, that after winning a bout of physical combat you should eat your opponents brains to gain his powers.

well I never noticed that manslaughter is spelled the same (save space)
and mans laughter. (admittedly, I didn't include a possesive appostrophe.)
however I DO recall a radio station doing a "Dahmer's diner" routine that was kind of funny.
