The first one was great, BiggSpiffy and I had some great times on it, but the ship controls were the worst I've ever played in a game. I hope the second one is more like the Starfighter games.

I agree, half the time I got shot down while landing or taking off. Secondly I couldn't shoot worth shit in almost every flying vehicle.

I'm not quite sure what it was. The controls were a bit too touchy, but it... it was just so terrible.

Really, I had great aim. My problem was I would try too many stunts. I often wondered why my nemesis wasn't listed as "That arch thing by the sand crawler"

sniping was more my forte, that or driving the AT-AT. Sniping I usually got at least 1/4 of the possible kills (50). With the AT-AT I had gotten nearly all of the kills once (180ish). I also concentrated on taking bases over because my allies were dumb and too afraid to try.

It depends. Some of the other vehicles had terrible control, like the Hellfire Missile Droid, but the Ep II Clone Lander had fairly easy controls to use.

There was a demo at Comic-Con (probably at e3 too but I wasn't there). One thing that disconcerts me is that you are able to play Jedi in the new game, which seems like it would throw off the balance of the game. But it seems like fun anyway

Not if the Jedi could be overwhelmed by firepower. They're quick with one hit kills, but you have to be right next to the person to do it. I think it'll be great fun.
