Nah. James Bond movies are about Bond seducing chicks and using his gadgets to deafeat weir ultra-evil villains.

M:I movies are about a team of spies using ultra-expensive gadgets to infiltrate places.

But Bond is better. smile.gif

True that. True that.

I'd like a qui-gon jinn please with an obi-wan to go.

They are only films, Jesus. I've seen the whole trilogy, and I think that MI:3 is easily the best, if not purely for the two reasons:

1. Laurence Fishburne's non-stop wit and Morpheus one liners.
2. Philip Seymour Hoffman amazing acting ability, he's easily one of my favourite actors. Not many people can pull off the variety of characters he has, from good bad guys, to bad good guys, he makes the all work.

I personally don't see what's wrong with the trilogy anyway, sure they may be abit farfetched in places, and some of the plot may be illogical, they are still pretty decent films.

Well, I haven't seen the first one. But I really liked the 3rd one, mainly because of Phillip Seymour Hoffman. He's a really good actor. He deserved that Oscar unlike other people.
Sorry, you won't be seeing a smartass sig here. Try with the next poster.

The Bond movies have always been dull, mindless action flicks, so I agree with Barend there. I liked the First MI movie, because there was a good reason for only having Cruise fora bit of the movie (and he did have a team for most of the movie; he was just the front man.). MI:2 was just Cruise and stupid, dull, mindless action sequences, and I haven't heard anything good about MI:3.
