Assuming proper safety protocol were put in place, such as routine testing, required authentic representation of the results of these tests, proper measures of birth control, and a level of discretion; would it be acceptable for prostitution to be legal?

I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.

The horizontal business is already legal over here and I don't see why it shouldn't be, taking into account that the oppression of sexual desires can very easily lead to the things that really are immoral.

Absolutely. The reasons for it are too numerous to mention, especially since I havent had my morning pot o’tea yet. I cant think of any good reason why its still illegal in the US (except in Vegas) other than some peoples views of “morality” which are based entirely on their religious beliefs.

I say bring it on.
