Greetings, dear Chefelfers!
Aye-yi-yi, what an adventure I have had last week: Three whole days in full costume, and in character! 2 of which, I spent sleeping in me robes! And why? you ask. So that Dr. Dan Miller, from New Rochelle's own WVOX-AM Radio could interview me for his In Focus w/Dr. Dan & Friends radio show. It airs every Wednesday at 6 pm and runs for an hour; but if you have a computer, you can hear it from the WVOX website itself, which I believe is more preferable.
Still, spending three days in costume and in character --- believe me when I tell you that that was probably among the most physically and psychologically draining experiences of me Wizardly life. Simply put, it was not fun. Well, I did get some photo ops, granted --- but at my age, I need to remember: I'm not necessarily the bloomin' Road Runner anymore. 4800-year-old Wizards like me age pretty quickly.
Oh yeah, did I mention I'm gonna be doing a little hovel-cleaning for a few nights? It's what you Mortals call "working out;" have to build up me muscles, too, y'know!
Regarding my possible G4 gig: The final i's have not yet been cast into stone; pre-production is still in progress. The plan is for me to film on location all over the City; when I've had a chance to brainstorm with Ian Edelman, I'll let you know. Anyway, throughout May, my Dark Chambers will be taken over by His Majesty, King Henry VIII of England! (Actually, I got a new segment called Tudor Territory, with a Tudor Factoid, Weblink and Joke of the Day to share with Da Big Kahuna's many fans! Pray, check it out!)
Well, that's all from me for now. As ever, I shall keep ye inform'd. Later, dudes!
