I'd like to Quote the unmistakable and amazing Barend in this matter to show that Slade is not only fit, but those quotes are falsely placed by evil internet gnomes!

In the case of Mirithorn -v- Icey
Matter: CEC #001 of 2006

QUOTE (Mirithorn @ Apr 24 2006, 05:58 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
I want to ban myself for two weeks on the grounds of improper conduct. I plead guilty....

Doesn't there need to be a judge?

QUOTE (Icey @ Apr 24 2006, 06:18 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
I feel the forums would be a lesser place without Mirithorn, so I plead that Mirithorn's banning should NOT pass. Also, she's obviously not in any state of mind to understand the punishment or appreciate it or learn anything from it and it would merely serve to waste time.

i side with Icey, that Mirithorn is too valuable a member to suffer a two week ban, and should there for, for suggesting such a thing be banned for two weeks.

Too valuable to stay out of a "bush," when speaking to someone outside, making fun out of them or being negative, using poor comparisons by exploiting the board features and not accepting back to what they give, then wanted a self ban for two weeks, which I cannot see what difference that will make in banning people in the first place.

Not sure if this is the right place:

(1) Steps for those to stop behaving ignorantly towards me, is to stop laughing at my comments without understanding what I am saying publicly, treating me like "something else" lower than themselves without respect, not expecting anything said back in not a rude manner. Reading and laughing at something I do not mind, but making negative fun and not bothering to understand my statements at all, I see that as rude.

(2) Assumptions about users seem to cause issues and ruin the conversations here. Like when taken too far of untrue statements said about someone persistingly, in other words it could be that those people who don't accept that, don't respect my privacy, which everyone is entitled to (as I thought), so what was there to complain about in the first place. "Bullying" people or "pushy behaviour" is not the answer as shown.

(3) I try express my statements without trying to offend people, if you find something that seems to be offensive, do let me know how you see it as offensive, rather than above.

(4) Difference between to what is true and what isn't:
Problems or delusions can be solved simply without using negative assumptions, especially from "words" that may flood the person's vision. I don't mind jokes, but not good to keep on repeating that someone is a "robot" all the time or for a long time, and not expecting a return. People's differences vary from all over, not everybody can be perfect to another place and where they live does not mean they are native there as well, mixtures of people exist. I do agree that assumptions on some people may be accurate, but not for all.

(5) If users here are going to use swear words, wouldn't it be good to explain what context they are meaning rather than the word itself?

What I written here is not intended as negative or rude, just to be clear.

Thanks for your participation D

i think all of the things u have mentioned, have some if not a negative affect on these forums, and we all should be more mindful.

And yes, i have noticed many people on this site being "rude" towards you, however, i think that 80% of the time, it is in good fun. I think the only solution here, is Deepsycher, dont take things so personally, and to the rest of the forum, Lay off him for a while, his posts may be hard to understand at times, but come on, if u take the time to listen, he might have something important to say afterall.

I don't know what in the "fuck"* all that meant, but I will explain my swear words from now on.

*Fuck, here, is used in the context of, well... Fuck.

That means to me:

(1) To forcefully move away.

(2) Description of something or anything that is unpleasant.

(3) In some contexts: To damage or vandalize something.

If it is true that you cannot understand what I said, then the way I write could differ so much to some people. So in that case, I may need to develop or use a structure to express the information that way, or for each person.

I am not sure what you mean by jibe, some of the questions I ask are important, to be answered correctly for my understanding to this. Followed by this, I am trying to express the structure of my sentences or words in the sense necessary, to help as many people understand.

I don't want to indulge you, but what exactly do you mean by purge?
Apparently writing about JM here is his secret weakness. Muwahaha!!!! Now I have leverage over him and am another step closer towards my goal of world domination.

"And the Evil that was vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man shall he walk amongst the innocent and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies will rain fire. The seas shall become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked! And all creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto

Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.
