So... Jejef said that there's someone for everyone, if you just try hard enough. Do YOU Think this is true? Discuss.

Depends on how low a person is willing to compromise on their standards.

No. Some people are meant to be alone.
"I had a lot of different ideas. At one point, Luke, Leia and Ben were all going to be little people, and we did screen tests to see if we could do that." -George Lucas, in STAR WARS: the Annotated Screenplays (p197).

Civ's right, but for a different reason. Destiny has nothing to do with it, social ineptitude does. There isn't someone for everyone, but there should be.

Certain populations have a pretty wide desparity in ratio between females and males. Russia, for example, had their male population decimated after WWII - during the cold war in some regions females outnumbered the males by almost 10%. In cases like that, it's just cold, hard numbers that dictated that a lot of women were going to grow old alone.

What do you mean by "try hard enough"?

Well, maybe I misinterpreted.

I believe he said that any man can get any woman if they just go out there and talk to them.

Oh. Well, in that case, it's not true.

Damnit! So that's what I've been doing wrong all these years!

I leave it to you to determine what the ratio of sarcasm to sincerity is in there. Because I know from past experience that that's actually a logical fallacy...

Someone for everyone, does this apply to:

(1) Opposing for competition.
(2) Marriage.
(3) So called "friends" for money.
(4) The people ontop who control others.

If thats what he meant, that seems really naive.

What about a gay woman?
I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.

She may skip the talking bit after a successful dice roll.
