I have one. It should be easy enough to find if you're really interested in looking for it. My url should be incredibly easy to figure out.

I have sworn never to go anywhere near MySpace out of principle alone.

I have a LiveJournal that I updated pretty consistently throughout my first year of college, and it kicked ass to have several times, but...I got a bit too comfortable with it. I haven't touched it in a good number of months now because, when it comes right down to it, I can't be arsed, and I'm afraid to write anything in it now (and I'm sure some of you still remember why).
Check out my crappy drawings!

I've occasionly been tempted to indulge my inner lameo and get a Myspace account, but two things are currently stopping me:
-How infrequently I update my LiveJournal as it is
-The abyss of lunacy that is my brothers Myspace...

Myspace is an ugly, UGLY mess. and thats not to mention-

1. the millions of fake band/celeb/model pages which douches seem to lap up like the breast milk from your neighbours pregnant wife

2. the people with 9,000 friends

3. the shit music (its always shit) that starts up the second you open the page

4. the arsey descriptions people write about themselves

5. the photos, which look screamingly, horrifically obviously like they've spent 5 hours with a camera trying to get the shot that makes them look good without looking too obviously like they've spent 5 hours with a camera trying to get a good shot.

6. the UGLY UGLY UGLY UGLY page layouts (deserves a second mention)

etc.

MySpace is another stupid middle to high school age fad that will sadly take as long to die as geo-cities websites did... I refuse to participate in it.

I have a non-updated livejournal account, and two blogs I never update (one is oficially dead but mostly functional).

Edit: Couldn't take the typos in here.

Jane, I think you forogt the awesome friends-only feature. You can make it so that only your friends can read the stuff, or that only your friends can comment on it.

Unfortunately, myspace isn't just limited to middle and high school, Slade. It's hit the college kids pretty hard, too - at least around here. pinch.gif
I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.

Well considering the fact that it was primarily built for young adults (say, 18-25) to meet other people, the fact that it hit high school students as hard as it did probably wasn't really their intent. Proof of this can be found in the fact that for some time (up until shortly after I created my account, I think) you could not register if you were under 18. Well you could, since they just lied about their ages anyway (and some of the sluttier ones still do), but technically you weren't supposed to. I think the problem became apparent enough that they just disabled that.
To this day though, when browsing through online users, search criteria for "Age" does not allow you to go below 18.
I am known to say this, and I repeat it now for the millionth time:
"I don't hate Myspace, I just hate the people who use it."

Never seen Myspace or what people written to comment, my choice would be to launch my own ideas myself and not from a hosting site like that, not easy to find fast services from companies to expect people to "pay per what you use."

I've never cared much for blogging, so I never looked into it. Though I do like Floppydisks profile.

Why is it called "blogging" when it is about logging, to my understand?

Really I do not call writing about something a "blog," it sounds demeaning to me, not just following the word "bog," log sounds correct to me.

Strange "Captin's log" to "Captin's blog." In another sense sounding to me "Captins Poo."

Well, I assumed it was because log meant journal, bog meant toilet, and hence blog meant crappy journal.
