But, still on the positive side, I have way more exciting stories to tell now.

Some bleh: I need to finish up my work. Motivation is hard, since I'm going to be with my love soon, and I'm done with classes, and it's a Thursday night and normally that starts my weekend. But I MUST SUCCEED!

Bad: My final exam is tomorrow. Oh, and my fathers wedding.
I hate weddings, because you have to sit in a church for an hour and a half listening to a long service which includes really, really long speeches that basically boil down to "getting married is pretty cool". And then the food is usually strange tasting, because a wedding is a big deal after all, and you can't have a wedding without expensive food, and how expensive food is is directly proportionate to how unappetizing it is.
On the other hand, cake.
(Plus, this is going to be my first straight wedding, which should ease the boredom a bit.)
But the cake on its own makes up for the final exam. And the fact that apparently I'll have to meet my step-siblings. Maybe. All I'm saying is they don't know what I look like and there'll be a lot of people there. We could... fail to run into each other.

My original intent on coming to this thread:
I am content because:
I'm going home this weekend to pick apples with my family, and I'll be coming back to school with my brand new super computer. I love my apartment at school and love having a kitchen so I can cook my own food instead of eating dining hall crap.
However, I hate school and feel like I'm already burned out though I've barely started the year. I love acrylic painting but the new professor requires oils, and I hate them. Ceramics is way too overcrowded and we've been given the same project I've had to do in just about EVERY art class I've ever had ("Take an organic object and a mechanical or man-made object, find their 'essence,' and put them together to make one object"), and photo just takes forever and our first project is a multiple self-portrait one that makes very little sense (but at least the prof I have this semester isn't so mean and proud of it that he calls himself "Darth Praytor" like my last one). Not having a computer has made things UBER difficult as far as acquiring materials, paying fees, etc; and not having a car has made things UBER difficult to, well, acquire materials, get groceries, be social, everything. I haven't even gotten to go to a party yet this year. Spoony needs a couple of stiff drinks.
It seems more bad than good a lot of times, but finding out I get to go apple picking with my little brother this weekend has lifted my mood up to the "content" level. Also I'm excited because I bought him another Pokemon plushy toy because I spoil him like that.
Aaaaaaaaaand there's the update on my life no one needed.

The evening classes were full of teaching but lack of equipment which didn't matter to me and it was virtually free compared to this. This college has a lot of people from other countries who come over here just to exploit and drop out. That is why a lot of people were being turned away before they dropped out after receiving free money.

Good: It was smegging hilarious at that moment.
Bad: I will get an ear full tomorrow at school.

Spoon, what kind of plushy did he get? Pokedolls are so adorable, but I'd be totally ashamed to have them all over my room. lol! The only one I have is the one from my boyfriend, and it's a plush of my avatar. Surprise, surprise.

(I'm surprised at how hard it is to find these buggers. I want to get him a Piplup, I also want a Charmander. But every time I go to Wal*Mart I pass by that section to look, and 95% of the time it's either empty or has nothing but Bonsly.)
Don't be ashamed! Poke plushies everywhere!!! And if that happens I demand pictures.

Unfortunately she is one of those people who can only be defined as ‘bitchy’.
