How many people actually drop in on a daily basis to FR.com? I know Yahtzee's not here, but I figured at least one of you guys would know...

Actually, I'm not sure any of you would know, but maybe Rhubarb's still kicking around in the shadows.

I'm just curious because I noticed I was the 185th person to download Teddy Murder.

It used to be that any old joe could click the link at the bottom of the advertising page and view the latest stats. Unfortunately it now requires a username and password; if that's intentional, Yahtzee should maybe remove the link.

But, due to the glory of The Wayback Machine, you can see at http://web.archive.o...ic.com/webstat/ that FR.com was averaging over 15 thousand hits a day in February of last year. It fluctuated between 10 thousandish and 18 thousandish over the year or two, so it's probably still in that kind of range. Hopefully all those hits aren't from drooling fans refreshing the page in the hopes of an update.

And, holy bat turds, that's a lot of hits to get every day.

EDIT: Oh, duh, each individual request for an image or sub-page counts as a hit. He only gets like 700 visits a day; much more believable. I am silly and foolish and etc.

I check in about once a week, because I know that Yahtzee doesn't update on a daily basis.

I tend to look in when there's a new topic title in the forum, since that indicates something new showing up.

I would like to say that I have only just discovered fullyramblomatic and will now probably be checking back for extended periods till I have emptied it of every last scrap of entertainment value. The man/woman/child who made all this is me, but with access to a better website and a larger fan base. Damn him. biggrin.gif

Well, perhaps it was a bit presumtuous of me, but to be honest I prefer to think he's a man, rather then a strange person who keeps a collection of pictures of a British bloke which he then posts on the net.

I drop into FR every once in a while. I found out about the site while checking out HOTU. I came across 7 Days A Stranger and I had to know who was responsible for it.

Do you maybe mean 5 Days A Skeptic?

And, to try to stay on topic, sometimes I visit the front site once or twice every day or two, but sometimes I won't pop in for a month. I was in the every-day-or-so phase when yahtzee decided to up and disappear for a month, and now my inner yahtzee-cycles are all confused.
