I assume you're talking about toasted sandwitches or jaffles(I think they're called jaffles, I've always called them toasted sandwitches). Usually cheese, tomato and ham, put in a sandwitch toaster.

Otherwise, grilled cheese on toast is a breakfast option, if you have the time to make it. Or in my case, the bread. We run out again, so I'll have to buy my lunch at uni tomorrw. *sigh*There goes more money.

Actually, grilled cheese is where you take two slices of bread, coat them in butter, sandwich a slice of cheese in between and fry the whole thing up until it's golden. Delicous stuff.
