Yeah, that writers strike certainly took it's toll on season 2's rather soon ending. I mean, what happened to that Irish girl? was she trapped in an alternate time line or what?

Episode 3 of Season 3 is coming out soon (Well, in this country, I think it was on in USA yesterday). As far as I can tell she must not exist in the future anymore... since a Peter Petrelli from an alternate future has appeared, and they've already changed history so that the virus doesn't come out, meaning that she didn't arrive in the future of the timeline that they are now on.

Yeah, it's getting pretty hard to keep up with all those time lines. I really like the show, or rather the general idea. Execution is a bit sloppy at times and the actors aren't really worth their money, but still...

Anyways, as for what's going on right now: I think they're overdoing Sylar immensely. Started out as a good villain but his character development and inner conflicts are too... sporadic, it seems. They give some hints at him becoming somehow likeable every now and then, but it just ain't believable unless you know that he's just scheeming again.

Aaaaaand they never should have saved the cheerleader. She's annoying.

Edit: And that Irish girl will definitely have a comeback, of course. Probably as a pissed off semi-villain.

Pop quiz, hotshot. Garry Kasparov is coming to kill you, and the only way to change his mind is for you to beat him at chess. What do you do, what do you do?

It is also starting to annoy me that they killed characters off, just to bring them back. I mean, they killed off Nathan and that blonde chick who's power is to have multiple personalities (and extreme strength) even after they said that they would be permanently killing two members of the cast.

*Sighes* Sylar just annoys me, he's a total hardcore killer, and he hasn't really killed off anyone important. I mean, sure, now he can't be killed... but apart from that his powers are pretty lame... All he really ever uses is telekinesis...

I suppose it's not really his fault, I mean, most of the powers aren't overly original. There was that chick that could surf the net with her mind, which would have been a great addition to main cast. But no, they keep bringing up people that have basically the same powers over and over again.

What about a guy with the power to create stuff from the darkness, and wield the darkness as he sees fit, that would be a original. I don't really like Adam either, he just seemed to walk around, speaking in a put-on-English accent killing people, with Peter sucking his balls.

I'm sure Marc Silvestri would disagree there.

Ok, ok, I'll give it a spin, he's a mafia hitman who was orphaned as a child, and taken in by the head of a crime family. Happy now?
