Does anyone have some favourite movies from your youth? Mine were:
  • Surf Ninjas (which I just saw again today, and it was magnificent)
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
  • Rock-A-Doodle (best movie about Elvis-impersonating roosters ever)
  • An American Tale (or is it Tail?)
  • 3 Ninjas

I love The Flight of Dragons. Who can deny the amazingness of the Labirynth. The Secret of Nimh was good when i was a kid (haven't seen it in a while). Any Studio Ghibli picture is perfect.

Hmm...

-Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (love it to no end)
-Labyrinth
-The Dark Crystal (always loved it)
-Care Bears Movie (the REALLY old one)
-Land Before Time (The FIRST one, which actually had a story in it)
-Ghostbusters 1 & 2

I know they aren't movies, but I grew up with the shows Fat Albert, Camp Candy, Camp Cariboo, Life With Louie, My Litte Pony (lol), Rose Petal's Place, Speed Racer, Astroboy, Denver the Last Dinosaur, and a lot of others.... I miss those shows. sad.gif

Speedvision, of all channels, currently airs reruns of Speed Racer, although I haven't gotten the time figured out yet.
