So, I was walking home about a week ago, and was daydreaming. What I daydreamed was this: What if I made a Chefelf.com trading card game. I tried to dismiss the thought, but it wouldn't dismiss. So, does anyone have any ideas? I thought there could be four kinds of cards. Member cards, Quirk cards (Usually member specific), Item cards, and Topic cards. Each member card has three statistics, measured One to Ten

Influence, Arguing, and Wit.

Items and Quirks are equiped to members.

Each member has a special ability, and a few member specific cards.

For example


Jane Sherwood

Ability: Stabby!: Put one member in a degenerated Topic on your opponent's side in the Banned pile.

Influence: 7. Arguing: 5. Wit: 6.

Flavor text: Should I stab him? -Jane Sherwood.


Sorry, but Jane was the only card I actually planned out. If anyone has any ideas about their card, post them here. It's probably a bloody stupid idea, but it wouldn't leave me alone until I told all of you.

Maybe you should make influence,arguing and wit scales, to suggest what a created character's influence might be, something like the GURPS handbook.

Anyhow, I've had this idea before, as a joke, without naming individual posters;

Deepsycher does not possess the grasp on the English language and much of the culture references, nor does he understand the personalities that lurk on these boards enough to know when we're joking yet, I think.

I also don't think Yahtzee should be a 10, though I haven't been to his forums or read his site since he went to Australia, so I'm not an accurate judge. :-P No offense to his Yahtzeeness. But I'm probably the only one who doesn't visit Fully Ramblomatic anymore, aren't I? I just think that we should stick with people who are around in more than one place or something... I dunno. *shrug* I've stopped caring either way. Carry on.

Good point. I have an idea.... Okay, how about forum cards, where thread cards are played. And Yahtzee can only post in Fully Ramblomatic.
