And by that I mean I finally beat "Woman" on hard. And a lot of other songs. So now I'm stuck on Rock and Roll, Hoochie Coo, or whatever the hell it's called.
Anyway, it's more adrenaline-prompting than I originally thought. WOO!

One suggestion was dominating the background TV noise with something I love but she'll most likely hate (like she does with the BET and MTV and that fucking America's Next Top Model bullshit). I thought of Army of Darkness, and my brother suggested The Young Ones. Every day. For at least two weeks. Because it can be really, really annoying to someone who doesn't get the humor. I think his idea's perfect.
And the next time she puts on some documentary or show from some rapper, I'm putting on my Tenacious D Masterworks DVD and cracking it up. And singing along.
Hmmm...should I make her suffer through Manos?
(I feel evil. Evil feels fun.)

I didn't have an airport card. There was no phone jack in the Study. I did NOT want them drilling a hole in the house. (sigh).
It was nice to be offline, incidentally.

It was fun though. And I painted a pumpkin that is an accidental optical illusion- either it is a chibi-ish cute smiley face or it's a confused looking old man-cartoon thing which is also pretty cute. It's both happy and sad simultaneously! Look up in the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane! No, it's PROBABILITY WAVE PUMPKIN!
Plus, I've actually started a lab report that's due at two pm on Sunday, so I'm getting a bit of a buzz from that. Which probably explains the rest of this post.
(Edit: My zeal sparked by the furtherment of mankind's knowledge about exactly how much difference in diameter at breast height there is between trees next to a parking lot and slightly further from a parking lot initially led me to forget some of the smaller words in this post.)

Really, I just bought it on an impulse because I tried it once before when a friend gave me some to try and liked it, but now that I have a whole box to myself...
Chocolate-coated cookie sticks. YUM.

Mirithorn: Ziggy Stardust and Sail Your Ship By from Guitar Hero 1 are lots of fun on Hard. I need to go do Woman on Frets on Fire now. (My skill level is , ranking by how many levels I can complete with better than two stars, medium-hard.)

I now have a $50 gift certificate to Barnes & Nobles burning a hole in my pocket. My first reaction is to get myself a copy of the Book of Vile Darkness, but really I would probably not use most of the stuff in it. So I'll think about it.

You'll LOVE the RenFest. Why pirates, though? And which Faire is it, ATL or Charlotte or some smaller one I don't know about?
I expect pictures!
