Can you get a hold of the soundtrack? That helps dull the ache a bit.
Check out my crappy drawings!

EM: I made these fudge brownies and I added semi-sweet, milk chocolate, and white chocolate morsels to them and they came out extremely good!

I don't believe you.

I think you should send me one to prove it.

Rejoice! I've got some new hardware! Woooooooooo! Finally I'll be able to build a system THAT DOES NOT RESEMBLE A FUCKING AIRPLANE ENGINE!

Wooooohohooooohohoooo!

Umm... sorry about that. It's one of those things that bring out the geek in me. Like this: geek.gif

You really like that smiley, eh, Gobbler? tongue.gif

'Course, I'm always using ":P" so I guess I can't say much...

Elatedness: I'M GOING TO THE BAHAMAS!!!! For a class, no less! We have virtually no work to do over the semester; we'll just have our trip over Spring Break! We'll bus down to Florida, spend a day at the beach there, and then take a jet (not a commercial one) to Andros Island: the largest island in the Bahamas, and yet one of the least populated (no tourism at all!). It's a class of 20 people, and we're staying on a research station. We're going to snorkel, night-snorkel, boat and swim (of course), check out the third-largest barrier reef in the world, visit the local people in their villages, check out piratey stuff from when they frequented the island in the 1700's, explore caves, swim in lagoons/"blue holes," meet an artist that lives there that's wood-carvings are in the Smithsonian, aaaand the drinking age is 18 there... And much more! I'm SO FREAKING EXCITED!!! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.

Well that is something. It is getting rare that I enjoy myself outside.

Airplane Engine? I like to fidget with around with stuff and especially as you describe makes me more fidgety. There was once a time when I had eight scsi drives in raid. Four drives in the case and four out on the table by the side of the case which was powered by two other power supplies. Thinking of it I just don't how I was able to put up with the loud noise as I now only have two loud ones running in another room.

At last something worthwhile for me to watch for tonight. I easily get bored.

On the ninth, I shall depart this world onto another much more dangerous world where giants live!

Or where I'll be the giant.

EM: I rarely get the chance to read bathroom grafitti, and today I stumbled upon a treasure trove in the College of Fine Arts where I had a concert today. Including such gems as

Eurieage a cheap whore on a highway billboard (to which someone had helpfully added "ha ha ha that doesn't make sense")

L.I.N.E.S.

BREATHE!

People in this world are tickets or stubs anyway, so you might as well pay, dearie.

Hello I am *illegible*

and

There's never enough time in the day when you can go to CFA!

More bizarrely yet, someone seemed to have taken a pink pen and commented and corrected the other grafitti. I almost expected to see a grade above it.

Also, due to my help (and a literary magazine desperate for random drawings), the school literary magazine (as yet unnamed for this year- Suggestions range from the self- deprecating "Feed it to the pigs" to the bizarre "Dante and the Seven Dwarves"- may find itsself housing several illustrations of camels. One of which is wearing a dress.
"YOU'RE MISSING A PERIOD. YOU THINK IT'S FUNNY, DON'T YOU? YOU THINK IT'S FUNNY THAT YOU FUCK WITH GRAMMAR? WELL, FUCK YOU AND FUCK YOUR MISSING PERIOD! I HOPE IT MEANS YOUR SLUTTY, NON-PUNCTUATED WAYS HAVE GOTTEN YOU TEEN-PREGNANT!"

Elated stuff over past couple of days:
After I had sobered up on Tuesday my dad came home and figured out I had been drinking because my breathe must have reeked of alcohol. It seems in my attempt to cover up my drinking I had completely forgotten about that. I just admitted to him what I had been doing, and we ended up having the best conversation/ advice giving ever. I didn't get mad or angry once, and listened the entire time.

My history professor, who is in no way very lenient, has been really affording to my procrastination about getting a term paper done. This is probably because I've held an A the entire semester, participate in every class, and had him last semester. I really don't deserve this, so I think I'm going to get him a bottle of French wine. He's English, so he'll probably find this very amusing and never actually drink the wine.

The girl I've been pining over and being depressed about has finally stopped being so stubborn and decided to try doing a long distance relationship (And I was thinking that she was no longer interested). At this I am simply overjoyed (Especially seeing as how I've had to wait over six months). Of course, If she screws up really bad one more time, I'm probably just going to murder her and be done with it. Love works in mysterious ways. Plus I'm not getting so confused about things anymore.

The radio has been playing tons of my favorite songs when I've been driving. That always makes me happy.

I've actually motivated myself to start writing things and not procrastinate about it. Since this has taken me many years, I'm really quite proud of myself.

I don't actually think that I look all that attractive, but I've been getting a lot of compliments lately. I enjoy it when people appeal to my vanity. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Finally going with a friend to see a friend of ours at Casanovia college this weekend. I can't wait.
Apparently writing about JM here is his secret weakness. Muwahaha!!!! Now I have leverage over him and am another step closer towards my goal of world domination.

"And the Evil that was vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man shall he walk amongst the innocent and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies will rain fire. The seas shall become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked! And all creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto

Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.

I got myself an elated carpet to cover up my wires today cheap from a charity shop. I don't know what materials it is made up from but it is properly woven ontop and underneath and feels so smooth to step on. So I won't risk tripping up again for a change.
