I want to learn Python. it seems to be pretty well-documented, I just haven't had any projects to work on in Python so I haven't really had any reason to use it yet.

Remember Emu's face, people; one day it's going to be on the news alongside a headline about blowing some landmark to smithereens, and then we can all sigh and say, "She was such a normal person".....

DS: You're very welcome.

Emu: It's very cool, though it has some namespace issues, and I prefer more concretely object oriented stuff, but it's so damned easy and powerful and much less bloated than Java. Though again, I confess I prefer JavaDocs and the API to Python's.

Elated Moment: The server room is nearly organized, finally! It only took a few hours attacking patch cables and unscrewing and screwing and unattaching and reattaching, but I have triumphed! I've also taken my former Python script and encapsulated it in functions, so it's now officially a program. Yar!

That sounds interesting for me to learn about out after I learn Perl.
Found that it is free.

I find it annoying when they only sell telephone and network cables with no covers on the clips. Years ago so there were so many times they snapped off by getting caught up. So much cheaper to make my own so I can put covers on them. Eventually when I borrowed a crimper and I was able to sort them out. What I didn't know was that the cutting on the tool was automatic but I found out in time.

There's not really much to learn about Python, in my opinion. It's just soo damn easy and readable and whatnot. You just look at it and understand. Creepy.

It isn't just that I have problems with understanding the instructions on knowing how to use it or install it like I did with that perl script at first. The answer maybe small to me. I know that there are solutions that I was not thinking of but I need to ask questions.

EM: Woo! The new site is up! Alrighty, maybe I should have been spending some more time on testing and proofreading, but what the hell... let's just get it over with so I can go back to drawing.

To me it looks clear and simple. I like those Flame people, the gold colour reminds me of a diamond with that colour.

I have a suggestion and that is drawing objects from sleep.
Something for me to try for myself. I know my drawings maybe terrible for the first time but practice makes perfect.

Gobbler: If you ever want to allow fan art on your site, I'll put up my creative take on your latest artwork that was published on the forums. biggrin.gif

I'll gladly allow fan art of every kind... except for that particular image. dry.gif Even thinking about it makes my poor soul bleed. crying.gif

Elated Moment: I finally got my new schedule done. Everyone bask in its glory! (If only I could have fit archery or fencing in, too, but they had to go in favor of courses that give me credits.)

Fridays off completely? Rock! And I'm envious that your college even offers classes in archery and fencing.
Check out my crappy drawings!

AGH! Slade, if there was ever a moment I hated you, it'd be now. My schedule on your schedule thingy is as follows: http://schedule.csh.rit.edu/?s=TlK39HQ SUCKS ASS. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I don't get to eat lunch, and the only place to get food that I have enough time to get to for supper closes right as I'd be able to get to it, so I might not even get supper. Your shcedule rocks and your classes rock, too. *envyenvyenvy* Blarrrg. pinch.gif
I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.

I'm sorry, Spoon. I lucked out, and my school hates me slightly less. We also have the slightly neater schedule maker. tongue.gif But seriously, I can empathize. Freshman year, fall quarter I had class from 8am to 8pm with about a two hour break. Two of those hours that were classes were also creditless. At least you're being recognized for being screwed over on your schedule.

That special topics class is called Art & Intentions (et per se and theirs).

Elated Moment: Last day of work!
