He's here because the betrayed forums banned him for..... *Drum roll please*.... spamming the forum! (and arguing with a mod).

How... utterly... unexpected.

Ain't sarcasm a wonderful thing? wink.gif

They do have a good system though. They basically ban you from specific forums until you're only about to post in the spam forum, then if you make a fuss and cry about it they ban you outright for a few days.

After that I guess they'd just ban you IP address.

Which wouldn't be a good idea, since the IPs change each time you establish a new connection to your ISP. Maybe they're banning the registered nickname there or something like that.

Not quite, IP banning tends to cover a range of values. For example I know from my board that a certain member posts from one of 5 IP addresses, so if I ever want to ban them I just lock them all out. Sure, if they switch computer\isp then it'll change, but most peoples IP addresses are a lot more regular than you'd think.

That's because the ISPs only provide a limited amount of IPs for a certain region, which means that if you ban them all, then you ban the whole region. Might be a problem when the whole world's connected and active on that forum, but since that's not the case, it might actually work.

If the situation did occur, where you had one good poster and one bad in the same district, you could always have the good poster go looking for the twat in his community and beat him up. Could take some time, but it'd be by far the best solution all round.

Give it 3 days and I'm sure you'll get the peace and quiet you're after

1. I didnt spam the forums, I made one post that an idiot mod thought was spam so he banned me (probebly some joke) and Ive been acting up before that anyway.

2. I havent been arguing with the mod, Ive been calling him names, bad names.

3. Your an ass and should get your facts straight before making a statement like that.

Yeah, but he knows that already. rolleyes.gif
I think he once called himself the resident asshole or something along those lines.

Unless I'm getting people mixed up. In that case sorry Laughlyn.

Apparently writing about JM here is his secret weakness. Muwahaha!!!! Now I have leverage over him and am another step closer towards my goal of world domination.

"And the Evil that was vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man shall he walk amongst the innocent and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies will rain fire. The seas shall become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked! And all creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto

Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.

No, I called myself the resident bastard. I even admit I'm a bastard in my profile. A gentleman bastard though, or a troll with a mean streak the size of the suez canal.

(Depends what kind of a day I'm having.)

But since you were nice enough to quote what I can't see due to the ingoring, I'll be nice enough to provide that hilarious link I mentioned earlier;

they even put it in big red letters for him....

My bad, I thought I was off. Blasted Memory of mine.

*looks at provided link*

Talk about dragging it out. Not that I care to argue, but sometimes you've just got to let the little things go. No sense in getting dragged into a petty argument like that. Oh well, what's past is past.
