If you want to see the #1 hypocrite on the internet then go to Marilyn's Non-Violent Planet.

We are trying to figure out if she is an anti or pro gunner. Maybe you can help us.

Well, I'm so glad that you took the time out of your life to view all websites on the web in order to find the #1 hypocrite on the web. Say, since you looked at them all, has Okashina Okashi updated recently? I'm too lazy to check.

While guns can not be used totally safely for everyone, considering that they must, by definition, be weapons. The quote, however states that, whilst the writer supports complete banning of guns, they admit that it is not likely to happen. They advocate increased gun education, often, in my opinion mistakenly, called 'safety'.

Don't give guns to people who want to shoot other people.

Brilliant! The world will have peace in five days once that advice gets out!

In regards to the site: I think she's actually trying, and I don't think anyone can ever be 100% who he or she wants to be, and one must start with ideas before they become actions. Though the bold colored stuff all over is a bit obnoxious.

But it's silly to blame violence on the media. I see lots of violence, and while I half-hope for an apocolypse so I can initate a zombie beat-down and have adventures, I can and always have been able to tell the difference between fantasy and reality. It doesn't make people more violent, it just makes them more creative.

Overall, I don't think she's being a hypocrite.

-Except that you can kill people pretty easily with blanks if it's short range.

I blame the Joker avatar.

Mirithorn:

First thought: The most you could do is smack someone in the face with the ejecting cartidge. And then I suppose it could hit the person in the eye, and have him/her stagger around and fall onto something deadly or something...

Second thought, after researching: Ooooh. They stick wads in the cartridge, just not a bullet. Weirdness... Nevermind.

They THOUGHT those were blanks, instead of real actual bullets.
