For a start, this character has a face. The Tall Man has no face. Neither does he wear stylish orange trimming to his clothes. Finally, his weapon had a bloody great bloodstained metal palm tree of death on its head, and not a radioactive rose or whatever the hell that's supposed to be in the picture.

Well, smack my butt and call me wonky, that kinda looks like the tall man, but only if you black out everything inside the contours... Other than that, it looks a bit like my uncle.

Hey, calm down. I also think Yahtzee may have taken inspiration from this character, whoever he is.
