I think a Japanese lady drugged the man with a muscle relaxer and some kind of injection through the lip so he could not move and then stuck long pins in the sensitive parts of his body and said "Kitty kitty kitty kitty kittyyyyy" for each pin inserted.
Afterwards she stuck the pins at the corner of his eyes, even though it was enough pain or force to make him shout. Last of all she moved up and sat on his body, pushing the pins further down.
The lady then attached a cuff or clamp object round his left leg and then got out a metal wire to rap round the foot. It looked like she was happily playing, when the bone snapped off, the man made a "strange noise like something was lost," calmly "OOuuuaaahhoouuuaaannnng." She threw the leg at the window and started on the other leg.
What was interesting to me on the right foot unlike the left foot, was that she wrapped the wire round three times, whilst he was indicating the pain with voice, neck and small hand movements through the resistance of the muscle relaxer.
Is this another worse way to get killed?

Remind me not to let Alex watch it.
Okay, incase he somehow gets to watch it, how about reminding him of the information he needs to know about the differences between drama and reality?
(To help develop immunity, unlike some unfortunate people who did not know, believed what they were watching was real and attempted to copy the scenes themselves.)
"Anything is possible but the appearance can be deceiving."

You mean buried alive?
Perhaps a small oxygen canister with a built in indicator and light could be thrown in, so the buried person can take control over their own life to their ability to breathe as the time goes past.
