Just only saw this, as a joke but unsure: Who was the nut in question?

Avert thy eyes to this very signature of mine, as long as those holy words -- spoken by Slade, thus carved unto my soul -- strengthen the truth within Otal's words.

Or, in other words: Yes.

I thought it was someone who eats a lot of nuts, but referred to as a crazy person.

Anyway, for over populated countries that manufacturers equipment for competition as a living, why should they care for the environment when they rely on mass producing of oil, plastics products and have bigger problems inside to deal with.

I know some regulations are put in place to help reduce the waste. From what I read not only are there human rights issues but some companies actually break regulations of the country it is exporting the goods to make the product as cheap as possible. When problems are discovered in large batches due to design faults, on product recalls I question if the faults are repaired and resold to cut down on pollution, or the affected products are reshaped to something else which pollutes more?
