for the playstation, front mission 3, one of those classics that not everyone hears about or plays. like ogre battle 64, or final fantasy tactics(everywhere i saw it was there for years then not there like a day after i bought it), and starcraft for the 64.

but front mission is without a doubt one of my favorite RPG type games ever.

holy hell, it is my favorite game. it even beat gradius 3. whoah. it's awesome, anyone play it.

(you can talk about gradius 3 as well if you like.)

I've been looking forever for this damn game!! It's supposed to be the longest bloody game around! Two campaigns, each over 100 hrs, i've heard. and of course it's Strategy-RPG gameplay is fun for all ages!! WANT! *envy*

i don't thing this game is anything like Starcraft 64, seeing as it's a RTS and FM3 is not... i'm pretty sure.

I'll have to give that a whirl once I get my PS2 back up and running.

by starcraft 64 i meant the rarity.
actually my friend who always has the money to buy every game i want, and completely soak up all that it can provide before i can buy it, thus he wont play it with me or talk about it anymore, bought it.

he was just like
"hey, it has a mech on the front."
thats all it took. he bought it for the hell of it. him and i agree that it is the best unconcious decision (or concious) EVER. it's awesome. there are two storylines actually. and the path you take happens real quick. let's say 2 minutes into the game(minus the tutorial), you wont even know it, you will have an effect on which story you will take.

it's bad.

oh, if your looking for a long game.
final fantasy tactics advance for the game boy advance. it has a minimum of 300 hours of gameplay. 300 missions. it's a big game. perfect for a long roadtrip.
