I enjoy the wind and the rain. Especially at the beach. I miss the beach. crying.gif

I like mild sunny autumn days

What I don't like is when the Northeast looks like Hell froze over. (Especially bad for driving)
Apparently writing about JM here is his secret weakness. Muwahaha!!!! Now I have leverage over him and am another step closer towards my goal of world domination.

"And the Evil that was vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man shall he walk amongst the innocent and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies will rain fire. The seas shall become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked! And all creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto

Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.

It's the middle of fuggin' November and it's still been getting up into the 80's here. >_< And it hasn't rained in weeks. I just want one good, cold day followed by a nice thunderstorm to play in at night. Is that so much to ask??

It doesn't rain nearly enough here. We just got some today, but it didn't last very long at all.

I could do without wind, all that stuff flying around in it make me feel horrible and dirty. And it screws up my hair.
Check out my crappy drawings!

Just chucked that into a converter so I can understand it. 80-90F = 27-32C. Come now, that's warm, but it isn't that hot.

When it's that temperature for MONTHS on end (and hotter in the summer, and SO HUMID always), while the rest of the country enjoys a nice change of cool weather, and sometimes even that fluffy white stuff that falls from the sky (what was that called, again?), it's quite discouraing.

My favorite weather is the weather in Fall (or in Spring as the winter is dissipating) when it is insanely sunny and ridiculously windy and cold enough to wear a coat, but not freezing. If it can't be that sort of weather, then I like blizzards and rainstorms. I don't so much like when it's too hot out.

Tornadoes are the number one reason I left Texas after only a year there.

then once on a bike trip in Indiana... we ran into some.
Or at least they were close...
One gas station we filled the Harleys at was hit not more than an hour later. It was beautiful blue skys when I almost ran out of gas and stalled the bike out right in front of the pump. Then later we had to pull off the road because the rain was too bad... and since I was on the lighter Harley (the v-rod is about 200lbs lighter than a softail which weighs about 600lbs), I had to sit on the bike to keep it from blowing over. We couldn't see more than 5 feet, if that, due to the rain.

The picture of me in the yellow rainsuit, wearing the goggles, pointing to the sky was taken the next day. It looked like we were going to hit more rain, and as we put the rainsuits on, I swear you could see the clouds start to swirl.
