Refreshing worked, thanks. Though I've never had that problem with other peoples avatars.

I had that occur also. the tip worked for me too. I'd wager the old av was replaced by a new av of the same name?

It has to do with the way files are saved on this server. I remote link my avatar on another message board to what I use on here. because unless the extension changes, my new avatar on this board carries over to the other one as well. They all get renamed to av# or something like that I believe. Either way, great new av, Reader.

Oh, and I changed mine AGAIN because I just couldn't help it when I saw this picture. COOKIE MONSTER! It's taken from a photo of him screaming at Bert. The version I have has him saying "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" in bright blue letters. Hilarious.

Imagine the guy from my av and cookie monster in a shouting match. Cookie Monster'd win, no question, but can you imagine the intensity?

Post the full-blown pic of your av, Hecc.

I'll post it in link form, so as not to post large pictures for no reason.

I love how Bert looks so taken aback and offended. Truly hilarious.

In the dutch version of Sesame Street, they do, actually, call each other names and let slip some profanity. Just an odd fact having to do with the cookie monster thing. They may in other versions as well, but I've only seen the dutch and american versions. It was quite surprising when I saw it. I didn't know if I'd misunderstood or summat. happy.gif

I have to admit, Jane, your avatar is kinda freaky. It always reminds me of a female Guybrush Threepwood.

But...that's what Jane (the real one) actually looks like. She hasn't changed her look since I was fourteen! Sure, she's usually a bit more glaring and "get-the-fuck-out-of-my-face" looking, but that's the way she is...

I have an older picture I could do (I haven't updated my drawings on my computer in a while). Would that help?

By the way, Sime, that's kinid of a shocker. All she has in common with him at all, on any level, is the bangs (I'm not saying "hair" because it's a different shade). And even those are parted differently.

EDIT: How's this one of the Cheshire Cat? I'm not sure how long I'll keep it up before switching back, I'm just trying it out...
