which final fantasy are you referencing? a specific one, or all of them? Final Fantasy doesnt have awful gameplay IMHO, I just dont think Final Fantasy,.or RPGs for that matter seem to be your genre of game.

The first dragon warrior title for the NES had worse gameplay than the first FF title did.

I've only played IV and VI. I thought the battle system was pretty boring in both of them. You pick an attack/spell that works and keep using it until someone dies (hopefully the enemy). And the random battles are annoying. I hate it when I can't take two steps without having to fight yet another bunch of monsters. I liked the plot in both games, though, but I prefer entertaining gameplay to an entertaining story.

And you might be right in saying that RPGs aren't my genre. Although I did enjoy Chrono Trigger and Secret of Mana...

when you say IV & VI, I am of course assuming you are referencing how they are known in Japan, and that you are referring to the U.S. counterparts, which would be II & III?

III is actually known as one of the better titles, although it is a bit dated by todays standards.

But given that these are the only Final Fantasy titles youve played, I can see why.
You might enjoy something more recent such as FF XII,.or maybe even FF X
Peter Brady was by far the ugliest Brady kid on the "Brady Bunch". I mean, they were all pretty ugly, and the fact that the Brady dad wanted to always take the boys out on overnight camping trips just a tad bit too often, gave me the creeps.

Laguna Loire, once again. I just got a thing for that lovable fool, though I needed a bit of time to get used to his son.

Edit: ACK! My 3000th post! Oi, let's all do the Laguna-Loire-Wave with our hairs! Wooohooo!

That statement isn't supported too well because at the moment your figures don't add up it.

I've honestly no idea how it did it. It might be a combination of dodgy routers and Meateor pizzas (LUSH). Or it could be THE GNOMES!

EDIT: Holy crap it did it again. Still doesn't prove it one way or the other, but still.

Oooooh...It looks yummy, and I'm not even a sandwich person. What's piled in there?

ADDITIONAL: DAMN THOSE GNOMES! yell.gif

(*shakes fist in general direction of wherever gnomes may come from*)

EDIT: And also damn my sudden irrepressible urge to pronounce it as "geh-no-mez" for no particular reason other than it amuses me far more than it should at the moment.

If I'm not mistaken, its ham, bacon, meatloaf, lettuce, cheese, and some ketchup. A fried egg is optional.

Be warned that anyone trying to repeat this feat of sandwichy prowess needs sturdy (preferably toasted) bread, and a will of iron. And perhaps some butter.
