*ponders* Mitsurugi is a wonderful swordsman, but so is Raphael...

Let's analyze their sword styles for a moment...

Raphael requires a thrusting motion in order to do damage as per design of his weapon, but is quite fast and agile and is capable of manipulating his blade.

Mitsurugi uses a Katana with two hands, and so he has more power, and is more prone to slashing and chopping, rather than thrusting. In a straight up clashing of blades, Mitsurugi would easily bat away a rapier thrust if he could get his weapon up in time.

Clearly, the only way to decide this is with an exhibition battle with both opponents in a large but closed in ring with their most comfortable weapons...

Overall, it appeared that Raphael would win due to his agility - he was catching Mitsurugi off guard and beating him up. Both were very very well matched, but in the end Mitsurugi prevailed by taking advantage of Raphael's failure to keep himself defended at all times.

Such a beautiful game... It's even amazing to watch computer players on the hardest difficulty fight one another.

So Mitsurugi wins.

robo-ninja dfinitely would win. It has quick ninja-ee reflexes and the pirate is a zombie so it wouldn't do much good against the robot because it can't eat the robot.
