JM- They way the church sees it, married couples shouldn't worry about getting babies, and that condoms are almost entirely used outside of marriage. That's why they don't like to endorse them, I think.

As for the assumption that married couples would want to have kids that actually pops up both in Catholicism and Islam and I positively can't stand it. It's really a Machiavellian idea that when a couple of a certain religion has kids, those kids will probably carry on that religion. That's one of the reasons the planet is so badly overpopulated.

Because, uh... Women in Africa don't understand that sex leads to children? I really hope you're being facetious...
I admit they are a hassle, but there's no shortage of condom sales. The choice between slightly annoying sex and not-so-annoying sex + baby makes it fairly easy.
As for my abortion stand: I am pro-choice. I feel it is morally ok for an abortion during the first trimester as a general guideline, because I don't think that there's enough of a fetus for it to really be considered human yet. It's still in the "going to be human eventually" stage. Personally, I would prefer safe sex or adoption if the baby would be born into a household that could not offer the financial and emotional support required for a healthy and educated child to develop properly, as it's just irresponsible to bring a child into the world and not be able to support it.
If my significant other got pregnant and decided to have an abortion, I would accept her decision and understand, but I would be sad because there would be the potential for a child that was lost. There's still enough beauty in this world that it is a worthwhile experience, even if said beauty is fading fast when it isn't being actively destroyed in favor of McDonalds' parking lots.
Banned: A person would only feel incomplete without a child if a child was required to make the person feel complete. You make your own values and decide what makes you happy as an individual and work toward it. Everyone can lead a meaningful life. As I am not very fond of children and am in no situation to support a child at this point in my life, I would not feel like my life was wasted if I did not raise a child because it is not a value I hold highly. But if anything, society is blinding you by letting you think that your values are somehow not meaningful when you should see them as they are. Bleh. Flash class is no place for discussion on existential dispair.

Abortion: I think men ought to be allowed to have them.

Killing babies is only bad by a sociological stand point. Also, what would have happened if your mom decided she wanted an abortion while you were in her? How would you feel to be an aborted baby? But the real question is, if the parents aren't ready for a baby. Would you rather the baby die, or live about 10 years in a horrible house that can't even afford to feed it and will later die of a disease? Even with foster homes, aborting babies is saving us from destroying our planet by making human kind less abundant. foster homes can only take care of so many children...
Kill a baby, take a life.
kill a baby, save a life.

I doubt I'd know the difference.
Remember Emu's face, people; one day it's going to be on the news alongside a headline about blowing some landmark to smithereens, and then we can all sigh and say, "She was such a normal person".....
....We'd be lying though.
