They might not have been atomic bombs, but I'm sure (at that time in history) they would have been used by whoever developed them first. They still ordered the bombing of cities by the way. Most of the time they were aiming for things like factories andf military targets, but not always. As for not deliberately attacking civilian targets, many countries have done that. Even while there wasn't a war going on. Although, that's usually referred to as a massacre, and is usually done by a nation to it's own civilians (But how about what the US did to the indians?).

Apparently writing about JM here is his secret weakness. Muwahaha!!!! Now I have leverage over him and am another step closer towards my goal of world domination.

Just because I lay some blame on one country doesn't mean that it gets all of the blame. Any country that deliberately bombs civilian targets should be kicked in the metephoric face.

Since when has "Well, other people do it too!" been an adequate excuse?

Never, my point was that it isn't good enough to make the man out to be the worst president ever.

Answer to the quote that is a question. Because other powers wouldn't bother dealing with you, they'd just have you killed. (not serious btw)
