Actually sleeping with corpses is. Some people use necrophilia in conjunction with talking about people who like to control someone so completely that the controlled person might as well be dead. It's also been used as a euphemism(?) for our nihilistic consumerist Western society.

Edit: That question mark is because I'm not sure whether calling society's values necrophilia is a positive remark or not...

Actually, you both lose because neither of you did anything to prove that you were the winner. Just going some place doesn't solve the problem, and not showing up to said place doesn't prove anything. You can't win a duel to the death without some death involved.
