I think that it even had the most buttons on it out of the basic controllers.

does research buttons include triggers
N-64
10 buttons, a d-pad, and a joystick
Playstation
10 buttons and a d-pad
Dreamcast
7 buttons, a d-pad, and a joystick
X-box
10 buttons, a d-pad, and 2 joysticks
Playstation 2
11 buttons (I don't think the analog one should count), a d-pad, and 2 joysticks
Gamecube
7 buttons, a d-pad, and 2 joysticks

Oops, I was wrong pinch.gif

Apparently writing about JM here is his secret weakness. Muwahaha!!!! Now I have leverage over him and am another step closer towards my goal of world domination.

"And the Evil that was vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man shall he walk amongst the innocent and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies will rain fire. The seas shall become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked! And all creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto

Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.

Some games I actually want to play with a D-pad, just for how it feels. Sadly, most every game now is done with a joystick.

QUOTE (SithAvenger @ Sep 25 2005, 11:43 PM)
I don't have a PS2 and I always wanted one because there were a lot of PS2 exlcusive games with great reviews and it also had a lot of third-party support. The bad thing about the PS3? That horrible boomerang controller.

The Revolution looks so awesome to me and I think it's better than the PS3, but sadly it won't get a lot of third-party support. sad.gif

And I don't really need a 360. Most games are ported to the PC and I can go to a friend's house to play Halo.

First: I bet the PS3 controller is comfortable as fuck, even if it looks dumb.

Second: If you look at the facts, I think you'd realize that PS3 will probably be better than the Revolution, unless Nintendo gets thier asses in gear.

QUOTE (Slade @ Sep 26 2005, 12:24 AM)
Halo and Halo 2 were both very over rated by everyone, and you're all forgetting how much these systems are going to cost. Last I heard, ps3 was going to be betwixt 400 and 500$ US, dunno about the xBox, but I'm sure it's going to be up there.

Nnoooo... Halo 1 is great fun in single and multi-player. Halo 2 had an iffy campaign, but the multiplayer is great if you have a bunch of friends that you invite. The only bad thing about it is that you have to have lots of friends, cause the Live game hosting sucks. It automatically puts you in a game type, but you only get to pick the general category, like "Multiplayer" or "Free-for-all". You don't know the map or weapons till you join the game. If anything, that should be why it's overrated.

And we hit post 100000...!

Wasn't Halo 2 supposed to be on Earth?

Only 2 levels were on Earth.

Yeah, then when we play the covenant, we just waste more covenant. When I first saw the convenant hand coming onto the screen after the cutscene I almost wet myself. I wanted to fight the humans!

Get out Halo and PD: Zero from 360, which other good game is going to have 360?

Again, Elder Scrolls IV is on PC... sleeping.gif

(and my prediction is that PD will be like UT04, just that it's two-three years late, and Halo 3 will be, well, Halo 3)

The revolution is gimmicky, not revolutionary.

And what is it with you and FVII? I'm sure you've already played it, right? Is there something extra?
