Okay, Awkwamann!

NEESON: I asked for a tie-dye lightsaber, but Lucas wouldn't allow it. That's not fair, though, since Sam Jackson got the purple one he asked for.

If that were the new face of Pepsi, I'd stop drinking it instantaneously.

Summer lovin', had me a blast
Summer lovin', happened so fast
Met a girl crazy for me
Met a boy cute as can be
Summer days drifting away
To, uh oh, those summer nights

Well-a, well-a, well-a, uh!

(Tell me more, tell me more)
(Did you get very far?)
(Tell me more, tell me more)
(Like does he have a car?)

She swam by me, she got a cramp
He ran by me, got my suit damp
Saved her life, she nearly drowned
He showed off splashing around
Summer sun, something's begun
But, uh oh, those summer nights

Well-a, well-a, well-a, uh!

(Tell me more, tell me more)
(Was it love at first sight?)
(Tell me more, tell me more)
(Did she put up a fight?)

Took her bowling in the arcade
We went strolling, drank lemonade
We made out under the dock
We stayed out till ten o'clock
Summer fling don't mean a thing
But, uh oh, those summer nights

(Tell me more, tell me more)
(But you don't gotta brag)
(Tell me more, tell me more)
('Cause he sounds like a drag)

He got friendly holding my hand
Well, she got friendly down in the sand
He was sweet, just turned eighteen
Well, she was good, you know what I mean
Summer heat, boy and girl meet
But, uh oh, those summer nights

(Tell me more, tell me more)
(How much dough did he spend?)
(Tell me more, tell me more)
(Could she get me a friend?)

It turned colder; that's where it ends
So I told her we'd still be friends
Then we made our true love vow
Wonder what she's doin' now

Summer dreams ripped at the seams
But, oh, those summer nights

im one of the few that thought Grease 2 was better than the original. I think both movies are pretty cheesy altogether, especially by todays standards.

Im scared at the possibility of the franchise being resurrected like a phoenix rising from the burned ashes and there actually being a Grease 3!! (cues twilight zone theme)

well, sailor abbey, if that grease song is stuck in your head, i feel very sorry for you. because i know, thats one of the worst songs to get stuck in your head.

in fact, there are truly few songs that are worse than that one.

there are only a handful of remedies to clear that song out of your head, musically speaking.

The only song worse than that one would be that god-awful song off of the 1980's TV show, "Hee-Haw"........

Where O' where,..are you tonight?
Why did you leave me here all alone?
I searched the world over and thought I found true love.
You met another, and 'FFFTTTT"...YOU WERE GONE!!

anyways,..Im sorry if that just put that song in your head as well. But here are some suggested removal methods:....

Try listening to The Cranberries "Linger"

if that doesnt work, try The Verve's "Bittersweet Symphony"

Still nothing?....The only thing that will sure-fire work everytime is the hailed golden classic from The Doors "Light My Fire". Guaranteed to work, especially when listened to at least 5 times consecutively. cool.gif

Usually, if I have a terrible song stuck in my head, the first song I hear after that will erase it. If all else fails, I force myself to sing Ziggy Stardust out loud. That always does the trick.
