This is more of a introductory post thingy but who cares? Ok, my real name is Malcolm... but you may all call me George. Or Mr. T.
I am now posting world domination plans, you may all read them and or add your own.
To start, I will create a very very large tower in the middle of a large city. This structure, at it's top with contain a very very immense focusing crystal, under it and to it's sides will be solar energy gatherers. I plan to store a great deal of solar energy.
This crystal will manifest the energy into it's core, and focus the light into one area, it can give very bad sunburns or full body immolation. Great fun for everyone... Anyway, there is a preliminary plan for a weapon of (mass) destruction. Continue and have fun with my topic.

One way to get around this is to not limit yourself to just one city. Keep an open mind. Take a leaf out of the British Empire's book. There is much to be gained from the claim that, "the sun never sets on the British Empire" especially in the age of solar power.

If respective towers could be built around the globe so that the sun never literally sets on all of them at once and you ensure that they are all linked then you can gain the benefits of solar power 24x7.

However, don't get me started on satilites...

The key to world domination is to think big...Oh and also make sure you never tell the good guys what your plans are even though you have them in a fool proof trap from which they can never escape. Trust me, they'll secape!

I'd suggest building the tower on a cloud. That way it can float around and follow the sun.

Thanks, I'll try to remember that. Think bigger, ok. What about exploding birds, which are mind controlled? You can control them and target things. Like buildings and such.

Or an earthquake generator?

What about poisons?
