I'm holed up in Lerwill Heights. I like the idea of meeting up in Barryville, that's not too far. By the way, my fireman is named Hircine.

I've made my way to St. Lazar's Hospital, in West Becktown. I'll stay here to recharge AP, and then I'll keep going East. I think I can be in the surroundings of Barrville in a couple of days. I still don't have a single EXP Point, though... I can't find anything when I search the areas I pass through, and everytime I've seen a zombie, I've run for my life.

I'm such a coward, heheh.

I'm staying at the Gollop Building in Gulsonside. Its heavily barricaded, I only have 1 AP left, but mainly because it has a mildly amusing name.

And I've found another book. W00t dry.gif .

I'm still in Ridlybank, in the school nearby St. Theodore's Cathedral. Some idiots have been boarding up all of the buildings and I couldn't hide in my NecroTech building. I need to save up more AP. Is the cap 50?

Edit: Do zombies shuffle or shamble?

Edit2: Sweet! I'm right next to Barryville. I'll trek west tomorrow, assuming no zombies get me.

Both! But they're mainly good at shambling. Shuffling is more reserved for one zombie.

My character, Gawayne, is holed up in Barrville at the moment. So far I've only managed to kill one zombie, but its been quite cool.

I'll probably take a little detour that may take me an extra day to get to Barrville. There's a mall 5 blocks north of where I'm passing the night, and if it's clear of zombies I'm going there to loot a couple of shops. I'll try to get as many weapons and health packs (or whatever their name is) as I can.

EDIT: Health pack = First Aid kit. I've been playing too much Doom 3...

Nope, I'm playing Resurrection of Evil right now in Normal difficulty right now. But my computer keeps throwing the temperature alarm at me, so I cannot advance too much every time I play.

Ouch... Since heat rises, pull off the side of your case and turn it on it's side (not the one you pulled off), that should help some.

(Note that I'm not an expert in computers, and if this kills it, it's not my fault.)

I have the side of the case opened from the day I put the computer together. I think the problem is that it's an AMD. The temperature rises a lot more in their microprocessors.

Thanks for the advice, though. smile.gif

Too bad. That's defenitely not a good way to play Doom III... You need to go at it for at least an hour and a half at a time. Makes for a more immersive experience (which is what horror is all about).

(muahahah! We've hijacked this thread, you'll never get it back!)
