Yeah. Zombies are so buffed, and survivors were chopped off at the knees. They should just make guns misfire and hit survivors, or let zombies gimp survivors and make them take 2 AP to move instead of one or something and just finish them off. pinch.gif

Both of my characters were predictibly mauled by zombies. The only place safe lately seems to be Caiger, and I'm going to head there again soon.

I still play it. Not as much as I used to do, but I'm still there. I have two humans and a zombie, one of the humans and the zombie both with all the skills of their band, and the remaining human with every skill out there, both for survivors and zombies (except Brain Rot, of course).

For those of you who don't know about it, all the zombie oriented updates lately come from something that happened shortly after the first siege of Caiger (around mid december). At that time, and after a long line of humans oriented updates, most of the dedicated zombie groups of players decided to go "on strike", threatening to stop playing until the updates were reverted and the percentages of players in each band were balanced (at that time, and after the victory at Caiger, they were around 30% zombies, 70% humans). To show support, some of the most important survivor groups joined the strike, too, because in fact, the zombie players were kind of right: zombies were incredible dull to play, every update during those months had been for survivors, and consecuential changes to downgrade the Headshot skill (an overpowered ability, at that time) ended up being more beneficial to the humans than the zombies. So, the game creator promised (IIRC) more skills for the zombies, and the eventual evening of the percentages.
Fast forward to one month ago. During those four months, most of the updates were beneficial to the zombies, which was a good thing, because gameplay for zombies got a little more interesting... but the percentages were still around the same numbers (35/65). Because the fact remainend that people still prefered to play humans over zombies. And that's when the shit hit the fan: revives went from costing 1 Action Point to costing 10 APs. I think the main reason for this was to make survivors stop combat reviving, but there were several, more reasoneble ways of fixing this. All in a sudden, bam, all humans got severely hit. Instead of finding ways to make the zombies more enjoyable, he decided to make humans suck more. And that kinda evened (sp?) things out: stats now are something like 53/47 for the zombies (and raising even more per day for them). But that's an artificial percentage, because all those new zombies are now players actually willing to play zombies, they are survivor players that died and are waiting somewhere to be revived. Meanwhile, the zombie players that had decided to go on strike during december now don't want to acknowledge that there's a problem, because now that their side has got the upper hand, screw the humans. I hate those guys.

Well, whatever. If any of you want to get revived, post your current location and a link to your player profile (so I can add you to my ingame contact list and recognize you in case more zombies are in the same block), and we can discuss where we can meet so either me or someone from my group can revive you.

You know, looking at the structure of this game... it's incredibly easy. Wouldn't take more than some nights of programming and some weeks of testing, I guess... and if there are enough people interested, then you can also make some cash via merchandise and advertisements... hmmm... hmmmmmm... HMMMM... hm.

Does any of you guys have a really decent idea for a highly addictive, yet simple game? devil.gif

Coco: Zombies aren't any more fun to play now, they're just amazingly overpowered.

Gobbler: Not yet...

Exactly the point I was trying to make.

And I don't know if amazingly overpowered, but yeah, if you are in a building with not many survivors inside, and you see 20+ zombies coming your way, you better run.
