Otal wants to load pictures from a DVD onto his computer, so that he can show you all a picture of himself. How would he go about doing this?

If they're not saved in a format that your computer can read, you can open them with whatever program and use the PrtScn button to take a screenshot, which you can then load into paint, save as a Jpg, and upload to a photobucket.com account, and then post. You can't put images from your hard drive in a post, it has to be on the net.

Prinstscreen doesn't work on DVDs, you must use the screen grab function of the DVD software. Usually a picture of a Camera.
