Coal Chamber, definatly. Lyrically, you couldn't get a more cheesy nu-metal band if you tried. But they do the thing with the guitars dead good, so its OK.

Please explain!

The appeal of Bob Dylan isn't his horrendous singing voice, or his mediocre guitar playing. It's his songwriting. His ability to tell a story. On the surface, yes, he's a pretty lousy musician. What makes him great is that he's an amazing songwriter.

What's bad about Metallica? Their old stuff kicks serious ass. I'd rather they admitted they were done after... Reloaded, I think it was... and St. Anger shouldn't even exist, but Master of Puppets, the Black Album? Good stuff!

My own submission: NWA. Old school gangsta rap is so hilarious! happy.gif And Easy E has a cool voice.

OK, I'll accept that.

Tangled Up In Blue is a prime example. One of the greatest songs ever in my opinion.

That explains why there are so many covers of his songs. Other musicians must have felt that they had to to justice to an otherwise good song...
