If i am to pursue a successful swiiming career in highschool, i am deciding to lay off Mountain Dew a little bit, as well as any other soft drinks. its bad for you when you are in sports, hell its bad for you when you are sitting on yur fat butt typing on a forum, so if anybody has any thoughts on this please indulge me.

Actually, any carbonated drink is bad for you, the carbonation messes with yur stomach, making you carry more water, hence weight gain.

Plus diet mountain dew is herecy.

i mean other alternatives in the soda group. the stuff is just bad for you. i the unnatural amount of caffine ive ingested over the past year has severely messed with my mind.

i like juice though. all of those you mentioned are really tasty
