Well, I laughed at everything GG said, the same way I laughed at Vader's voice and mechanical movement. Not that I'm happy about it, but now when I see ESB I laugh at the hallowed darth march bridge scene.

After several months of denial I've come to the inescapable conclusion that Grievous was channelling Triumph The Insult Comedy Dog. The previous channeler was Watoo, and the link between the mystery is that what remained of Watoo after losing Ani and the business on Tattooine is that his remaining bits became General Grievous, he had the parts laying around about him. The 2001 space pod in the junk yard could have yielded the four arms alone. Its all so clear now.

Darth Vader never really coughed or wheezed though - his was always a cool, ominous, forboding iron lung breathing type noise.

General Grievous had an outright coughing and hacking cold. I half expected him to have a certain inner plumbing problem that would require him to be near a rest room at all times.
