I heard gay people are more sensitive to gravity than hetero people. God wanted it that way.

We should give in to complete natural selection so that only the strongest, most intelligent, and most ruthless survive.

Me? No. I didn't really did anything heroic in FOTR. Gandalf's death was sad, though.

How about revising this thread as the controversy thread. Post all your wild generalisations and unfair stereotypes here.

I'll start: French people can't spell.

It is also a well-known fact that all French people are impotent.

I remember yelling "NO!" when Gandalf fell in FotR, then somebody behind me yelled "SSSSSSH!"

I was new to the series. I didn't know that was going to happen. dry.gif

I had read the books countless times, and I still teared up the first time
I saw that scene crying.gif
Apparently writing about JM here is his secret weakness. Muwahaha!!!! Now I have leverage over him and am another step closer towards my goal of world domination.

"And the Evil that was vanquished shall rise anew. Wrapped in the guise of man shall he walk amongst the innocent and Terror shall consume they that dwell upon the Earth. The skies will rain fire. The seas shall become as blood. The righteous shall fall before the wicked! And all creation shall tremble before the burning standards of Hell!" - Mephisto

Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.

Bah, Bormoir was tempted by the ring, failed miserably at resisting it. However, he does get props for defending a race he had a distaste for to the death at the hands of 30 orc arrows...

Janey: Aye, it was great in the book too. You're reading along, after a good 15 chapters of not much happening the wonderful Moria chapters begin, then POW! he's gone in the abyss. Drums in the deep...

Well, you broke the first rule of going to the cinema, which is 'Shut the hell up'. The only noises allowed are laughs and unintentional gasps(and only when they're appropriate).
