I always save games at the beganing of combat, 'cause that loose cannon always ends up killing Vic, Myron, and Cassidy!!!

geeze, even what his face from broken hills shows more finesse with his minigun!!!

It wasn't that he hit the targets by accident, it was that he would actually choose to attack the people I'm trying to save. Do you know how hard it is to free slaves if your henchmen start killing them instead of the slavers?

I miss fallout 2 it was the best game ever.
After replaying it about 39 times I decided to quit after i had to change my contact prescription 2 times in 7 months.

Only a week ago I got Fallout Tactics.
Its great but nothing compared to Fallout 2.
They took out the lone gunman style which I loved and replaced it with squad combat.
Plus almost all the humor is gone, and there is very little use for free roaming except for the endless search for random encounters.

I still hope Fallout 3 will somehow come out before I die or before George Bush kills us all.

I don’t really know what happen to Fallout 3, some say that there’s not enough funds to finish the project others say the programs are very lazy.

The truth is probably that they enjoy knowing that through not releasing Fallout 3 they make countless fans lay away at night looking out the window and asking when?

The website above is one I found that seems to have stuff about Fallout 3 and links to other stuff.

Fallout is the greatest series to ever come out... it would be a shame to just let it slide now... like they did with futureama!

I don’t know if its because the image moves so slow on my shity computer or because I’m just retarded but that vault door is the funniest thing I have ever seen!

Well except this,

I know it has nothing to do with Fallout but look a drunken kitty!!

My understanding of the Fallout hold up goes like this. Falllout was created by Black Isle Studios. Interplay bought out Black Isle, then fired the entire staff. Soon after, they decided to stop paying their employees, and were shut down by the Calafornian government not that long ago. To try and get some more money, they have sold the rights to Fallout 3 to Bethesda Softworks(who created Morrowind). Bethesda are now working on Fallout 3, but the project is still in its early stages and they haven't released much info on it. Although Interplay still own the rights to make a MMORPG in the Fallout universe.

<geek speak="angry at lack of geek knowledge">OMG! STFU, n00b! j00 dnt's KnO wut MMO means? lol! roflmao!!!111 U R sooooooooooo dum!</geek speak>

For the uninitiated MMO means Massively Multiplayer Online, usually having "RPG (role playing game)" tacked on the end, refering to games like Evercrap... err Everquest. Lots and lots (and lots) of people online each claiming their level 10 Paladin is better than the next guys'. Of course, there are other sorts, like this old WWII fighter pilot game on the now deceased Internet Gaming Zone.

Bethesda made Daggerfall, which is the most friggin' cool RPG I ever played (It's totally freform. You can go around murdering entire provinces instead of playing the story, or rob people blind, or just practice casting flight spells to your heart's content. Then there's getting turned into vampires or werewolves...). I drool in anticipation of when Fallout 3 comes out, even though I have yet to play Fallout 2... A warning: Bethesda stuff is notorious for being buggy...

Barend, I was just messing with ya, man, and mocking those morons who actually talk like that on the internet. I mean no harm to you.

I haven't played Daggerfall, but a friend of mine has, and he to mentioned that all he did was wonder around and slaughter peasnts. I have played Morrowind though, and thats pretty much the same.

Ok, lets be fair.... No one would ever claim their Level 10 Paladin is better than the next guys. Unless they had only put in, say, a few days of playing time. Most likely they'd be claiming that their level 65 Paladin with, say, a 100 AAs, Veeshan (or better, these days) Armor, and some crazy flaming weapon that DWARFS the Paladin Epic Weapon is better than the next guys. And, in my case, they'd be right. Of course, said Paladin probably put in over 300 actual days of playing time.
