if you really don't like meat, then fair enough. you shouldn't eat anything you don't want to. if you pick the peperonies of pizza, rather then demand they not be in the same room when the pizza is cooked, then it sounds like you have a nice relaxed, stress free approach.

my ratio remark about meat/veg was a health issue thing. the human body was not really designed for meat consumption and without a healthy supply of "greens" to "wash it down" meat will take a long time to process (the longest of all food groups) and rot there, contributing to likleyhood of bowl cancer (to which i mostly attribute to our practice of apendix removal).

there are alot of people out there who eat nothing but meat (or close to). i think it's really unhealthy to have meat more than once a day, unless you give your body a daily workout that is the equivelent of being chased by dinosaurs for an entire day.

me, i like meat but i couldn't live on it.

It's the American government's fault there's so much meat. In the 70's, they subsidized farmers to grow more corn, for which was used for animal feed. It drove the price of meat down one third, I think.

you can be perfectly healthy only on vegetables. but you would have to eat a WHOLE LOT OF FOOD.
meat contains the 8 amino acids our bodies doesnt make on its own.

were not designed to live on only plants or meat. plants have too much cellulose, so plant eating animals have bacteria in the digestive system.

look at it this way, it isn't murder
murder comes in three degrees.
murder has malicious intent
murder is premeditated(i don't think it's real elaborate when you take a croquet mallet to a cow skull.)
you try to dispose of or eliminate evidence of the body or crime. consider that they sell the meat to the public, public knowing it was once alive, isn't doing a very good job.

besides, if eating meat is murder so is eating plants. plants are living things too you know. so no matter what your eating murder, unless you live on totally synthetic food, in which case you should be dead in a few days.
